The RCRA Subtitle C 101 webinar being planned by the ASTSWMO Hazardous Waste Subcommittee will provide a high-level overview of the federal hazardous program from the perspective of what it means to be an authorized State or Territory (State). Following the overview, the presentation will highlight the specific program areas of rulemaking and authorization; corrective action and permitting; compliance monitoring and enforcement; and program information management. The pre-recorded presentation will be followed by a live Q&A segment with Subcommittee members.
