Each ASTSWMO Member – the 50 States, five Territories, and the District of Columbia – designates one individual Member Representative to serve as their Voting Member. Each Voting Member is entitled to one vote when the membership of the Association conducts formal business including annual elections of executive officers and changes to the Association’s By-Laws. The Voting Members also receive the yearly membership fee invoice, informational correspondence and information requests from the Board of Directors and Executive Director.
