The Hazardous Waste Program Authorization Issues Report presents detailed findings of two authorization surveys by the Rulemaking and Authorization Task Force within the ASTSWMO Hazardous Waste Subcommittee. An initial survey was conducted in 2023 and was followed up with another survey in 2024. The report also includes conclusions and recommendations based on survey responses.
